Step 1: Log into your account
You can suspend, cancel, or resubscribe to a subscription from the "My account" dashboard.

If this is your first time logging in, please check your inbox for your password.
If you can't locate your password, you can reset your password here: https://bullymax.com/my-account/lost-password/
Step 2: Select the order you want to edit
To make changes to an order, click on the order number that you would like to edit:
Step 3: Make the change to your subscription
In this section, you can make changes to your existing or previous subscriptions.
- Click "Suspend" if you would like to put your order on a temporary or permanent hold. You can reactive your order any time from the "My Account" dashboard.
- Click "Cancel" if you would like to cancel your order
- Click "Change address" if you would like to change the address your auto-ship orders are being shipped to
- Click "Change payment" if you would like to change or update your payment method for your auto-ship orders
How to resubscribe to a previous subscription
If you suspended or canceled a subscription, you resubscribe anytime by taking the following steps:
- Log into your account here: https://bullymax.com/my-account/
- Click the order number of the subscription you would like to reactivate.
- Clicking the resubscribe link.
