How can I track my package?

1.) To track your order, click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the current screen you are viewing. When this window appears, click "Track an order"

3.) Enter your email address or phone number (SMS), verify the code, and your tracking information will be displayed.

You can sign up for either email alerts, or SMS (text) alerts on the order confirmation page. 

When will my order be shipped?

Bully Max orders ship daily with the exception of Sunday.

USPS shipments leave the Bully Max fulfillment center at 12:00 PM. UPS shipments leave our fulfillment center at 3:00 PM. 

Where is my order shipping from?

Your order will be shipped from Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

When will my tracking number update?

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to display results (estimated delivery date, current location, ext.). As soon as your tracking number is available, we'll send you an email with the details.

How long until my package will arrive *Within the USA?

Orders take 2-6 days businesses day arrive. For an exact date and time, please check the tracking number that was sent to your inbox.

How long until my package will arrive *Outside of the USA?

International orders (orders outside of the USA) take anywhere from 5-21 days to arrive. This depends on how fast customs processes your order. To get an exact date, please check your tracking number.

How do I get delivery alerts?

When you sign up for a UPS MyChoice account, you can get an email or text message the day before delivery letting you know when your package will arrive.

How do I reroute or reschedule a shipment for another time?

When you sign up for a UPS MyChoice account, you have the option to reroute, reschedule, or authorizing a shipment release for your delivery.
