How do I cancel my subscription / auto ship order?

If you would still like to cancel / stop your autoship order, please follow these steps....

When you create a subscription on, we send a link to your subscription portal via email. 

The email will be titled "Important details inside (your subscription)".

Inside of this email there will be a "Manage My Subscription" link.

If you cannot locate this email, please contact customer support & request the link to manage your subscription.

Step 3.) Scroll right and click the "Cancel" button.
