How do I make updates / changes to my subscription?

When you create a subscription on, we send a link to your subscription portal via email. 

The email will be titled "Important details inside (your subscription)".

Inside of this email there will be a "Manage My Subscription" link.

If you cannot locate this email, please contact customer support & request the link to manage your subscription.

Step 2.) Use the menu to navigate to the section that you want to update.

From the subscription dashboard, you have the ability to make the following updates:

  1. Add a product to your subscription
  2. Update your delivery address
  3. Update your payment method on file
  4. Change the ship date of your orders
  5. Change the frequency of how often your orders ship
  6. Skip a month (ideal if you ever have to much product)
