How can I track my package?

Look for the email with the following subject line: "Order #99999 confirmed - Tracking updates inside" (your order number will be unique).

This email is sent immediately after your order is placed.

Click the "View your order & Tracking information" link.

When you click this link, you will be taken to your order confirmation page.

Once your tracking number is available (usually within 24 hours or less), it will display on the order confirmation page:

You can sign up for either email alerts, or SMS (text) alerts on the order confirmation page. 

When will my order be shipped?

Bully Max orders ship daily with the exception of Sunday.

USPS shipments leave our fulfillment center at 12:00 PM. UPS shipments leave our fulfillment center at 3:00 PM. 

Where is my order shipping from?

Your order will be shipped from Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

When will my tracking number update?

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to display results (estimated delivery date, current location, ext.). As soon as your tracking number is available, we'll send you an email with the details.

How long until my package will arrive *Within the USA?

Orders take 2-4 days businesses day arrive. For an exact date and time, please check the tracking number that was sent to your inbox.

How long until my package will arrive *Outside of the USA?

International orders (orders outside of the USA) take anywhere from 5-21 days to arrive. This depends on how fast customs processes your order. To get an exact date, please check your tracking number.

How do I get delivery alerts?

When you sign up for a UPS MyChoice account, you can get an email or text message the day before delivery letting you know when your package will arrive.

How do I reroute or reschedule a shipment for another time?

When you sign up for a UPS MyChoice account, you have the option to reroute, reschedule, or authorizing a shipment release for your delivery.
